scheda film], Gaël Morel is now set to grace the Official Selection with Vivre, mourir et renaître scheduled to enjoy its world premiere within the Cannes Première line-up of the 77th Cannes Film Festival (running 14 – 25 May).

What could have been a light-hearted dalliance at the end of the last century is soon obliterated by the arrival of Aids. And just as they’re prepare themselves for the worst, each of the character’s lives take an unexpected turn…

Vivre, mourir et renaître is produced by Michèle Halberstadt and Laurent Pétin on behalf of ARP Sélection (who are also steering the film’s release in French cinemas on 25 September), in co-production with Arte France Cinéma.
